5-2-10: RIGHT OF APPEAL:
A property owner shall have a right of appeal to the Council from any order of the City Manager given to such owner pursuant to this chapter. Such appeal shall be taken by filing written notice of appeal with the Clerk within ten (10) days after the administrative order is rendered. (1991 Code § 13-50)
