5-2-5: REMOVAL OR MOWING WITH OWNER'S CONSENT:
The owner of the property, after receiving notice pursuant to this chapter, may give his written consent to the city authorizing the removal of the trash or the mowing of the weeds or grass. By giving written consent, the owner waives his right to a hearing by the city. (1991 Code § 13-45)
