4-2-9: PENALTY:
Unless stated otherwise in article C of this chapter, violations of this chapter, including articles A and B of this chapter, are punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1991 Code § 3-2; amd. Ord. 991, 8-21-2018, eff. 10-1-2018)
