Whenever water service is disconnected to any premises at the customer’s request for construction work, plumbing repairs/replacements, water leaks or other similar circumstances, the reconnection fee of $50 as established in § 52.30 will be waived if the premises has an operable and functioning interior water shut-off valve at the time of reconnection.
