§ 112.25 VIOLATIONS.
   In addition to the penalties set forth in § 112.99, the City Building Inspector and/or Code Enforcement Officer shall have the authority to revoke or suspend the permit of any junk dealer violating any of the provisions of this chapter. If such actions are taken, the junk dealer shall have the right to request a hearing before the Board of Public Works and Safety.
