Persons holding a permit herein provided for as peddlers and hawkers are required to conduct themselves, while operating under such permit, in a decorous and orderly manner upon the street and upon the premises of persons whose houses or establishments they may visit for the display or sale of goods.
(A) They shall not visit such premises for any such purpose at any time except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. of each day, except when previously agreed to by the resident of said premises, and they shall not inopportune persons to examine or buy such goods to the annoyance of such persons.
(B) All peddlers and hawkers shall at all times while working under such permit refrain from unusual demonstrations, loud, boisterous, profane or obscene language.
