§ 112.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Any person, firm, company or corporation shall apply for and receive a permit and pay the prescribed fee to the city.
   (B)   The permit shall apply whether selling for cash or on the installment plan, for immediate or future delivery of goods sold, or any other form of payment.
