§ 70.10 LICENSE, SAFETY EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS.

No person shall disobey the requirements of the State Motor Vehicle Law, being I.C. Title 9, as to proper safety equipment on a vehicle, nor shall any person drive a vehicle without being duly licensed to drive such vehicle. The driver of a vehicle shall at all times be able to display proper registration of said vehicle.
