(A) The Water Department is authorized to refund meter deposits to utility customers on demand provided that all other conditions have been met and the customer is entitled to the refund.
(B) The Water Department shall prepare a monthly report listing those meter deposit refunds during the prior month and said reports shall be approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety during its monthly meeting.
