3-2-14-3: LOCAL LICENSE REQUIRED FOR STATE LICENSED ESTABLISHMENT:

No person, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation shall install, keep, maintain, use, or permit the installation, keeping, maintenance or use upon his/her/its premises of any video gaming terminal unless a valid license issued under this section 3-2-14 for the gaming establishment is in effect.
