3-2-13-9: REGULATIONS:
   (A)   No person holding a proprietor's license shall permit persons under eighteen (18) years of age to play or operate any coin operated amusement device between the hours of eight thirty o'clock (8:30) A.M. and three o'clock (3:00) P.M. on school days between September 1 and June 15. The provisions of this section shall not apply where the person under eighteen (18) years of age is accompanied by his parent or legal guardian.
   (B)   No person holding a proprietor's license or machine license shall allow or permit any rowdy or disorderly conduct by the patrons of said premises and shall not knowingly allow any gambling between patrons while on the premises.
   (C)   All premises where coin operated amusement devices are located shall be kept in a clean, neat and orderly condition, and said machines shall be positioned so that their operation is open to clear public view.
   (D)   The licensee under this section shall permit, at any reasonable time, any officer or employee of the City who is authorized and directed to make inspections, to be admitted to the premises and to observe such methods of operation for the purpose of making inspections necessary to secure compliance with any provision of this section or to detect violations thereof.
In addition to any other penalty which may be provided, the Mayor may revoke the license of any licensee who refuses to permit any such officer or employee to make such inspection or who interferes with such officer or employee while in the performance of his duty in making such inspections.    (E)   No proprietor's license shall be issued to the owner of a Class B liquor license or to the owner of any premises that has been issued a Class B liquor license. (Ord. 1155, 2-2-2009)
