3-2-13-3: PROPRIETOR'S LICENSE FEE:
The license fee for each "proprietor" or "operator" as herein defined shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year; provided, however, only one license fee shall be required, and that by the proprietor, if the proprietor is other than the owner of the devices, or by the operator/proprietor in the event the proprietor is also the owner. All said license fees shall be payable annually in advance; provided, that where application is made after the expiration of any portion of any license year, a license may be issued for the remainder thereof upon payment of a proportionate part of the annual fee. In no case shall any portion of said license fee be repaid to the licensee. The proprietor's license fee shall be paid annually on January 1 of each year. Any person engaged in the business of an operator or proprietor of coin operated amusement devices, and using four (4) or less machines, shall not be required to obtain a proprietor's license.
