3-2-6: INSPECTIONS:

It shall be the duty of the chief of police and the fire chief to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical or other public show or amusement is inspected by a member of the police and fire departments, and to ensure conformity with the provisions concerning such amusements. (1968 Code, sec. 33-107; amd. 1983 Code)
