§ 120.040 GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE.
   The grantee shall provide a cable system in a manner as to pass and provide adequate tap off facilities for every single-family dwelling unit, multiple dwelling unit or other residential unit within the service area, subject to the provisions of the franchise agreement.
