§ 120.999 PENALTY.

If the grantee fails to comply with the requirements of this cable franchise regulatory chapter, and a cable franchise agreement, then the city may invoke and secure compliance in accordance with § 10.99(B) of the code of ordinances for the city and as authorized by the Iowa Code § 364.22.
