§ 93.08 COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS.

Any property use established in a zoning district as defined and designated under the provisions of Chapter 159 of this code of ordinances shall be so operated as to comply with the performance standards governing noise set forth therein for the district in which the use in located.
