§ 155A.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a municipal infraction, and upon conviction, be subject to the penalties set forth in § 90.99 and/or § 155.99. The penalties provided for in this section shall be in addition to any other applicable criminal, civil or administrative penalties imposed by local, state or federal law.
