§ 115.07 ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE PROHIBITED.
   No methods of electronic surveillance such as cameras, tape recorders, microphones or similar equipment shall be used in a massage therapy business, unless notice of the electronic surveillance is posted in a readily observable, conspicuous location in each room in the massage therapy business where the electronic surveillance is being used, and in addition, the massage patron is individually advised of the presence and use of electronic surveillance. One-way windows or combination mirrors and windows are prohibited within any massage therapy business.
