§ 115.06 MASSAGE THERAPY AT NONCONFORMING PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   No massage therapist shall administer any massage therapy at a location within the city limits which does not conform to or comply with the standards set forth in this chapter, except when providing massage therapy to physically disabled patients who are unable to travel to the licensed site, or to persons who are unable to drive due to age or other infirmity, or when providing massage at public fairs or similar community service events at a business or public location.
