(A) No person shall operate a vehicle for hire within the city without having obtained a vehicle for hire driver's license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
(B) No owner or operator shall permit the operation of a vehicle for hire within the city without the driver having obtained a vehicle for hire driver's license pursuant to this chapter.
(C) Every driver licensed under this chapter shall post the vehicle for hire driver's license in such a place as to be in full view of all passengers while the driver is operating a vehicle for hire. A driver operating a vehicle for hire shall have his or her driver's license in immediate possession at all times when operating the vehicle for hire and shall display the same upon the demand of a Police Officer.
