§ 114.11 PERMIT NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Each vehicle for hire permit shall be issued for one specific vehicle for hire only and shall not be transferable from vehicle to vehicle or to a different operator. The operator shall notify the city when a permitted vehicle for hire is withdrawn from service. No portion of this fee is refundable.
