§ 154.04  PROJECTING SIGNS, AWNINGS, MARQUEES AND SIMILAR DEVICES.
   Any sign, awning, marquee or other device which projects over any sidewalk in the city shall be so located as to leave a clearance of at least seven feet between the lowest portion of such device and the sidewalk. If such sign, awning or other device projects over any portion of a public street, such minimum clearance shall be 16 feet.
