(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A violation of any provision of § 150.02 of this chapter is a misdemeanor and is punishable as permitted by this code of ordinance, as it may be amended from time to time. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation of § 150.02 of this chapter occurs or continues to occur.

(C) Each violation of the Building Code, as set out in § 150.15 of this chapter, shall be a misdemeanor offense, punishable by a fine; and each day in which a violation occurs or continues shall be a separate offense.
