§ 132.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   A violation of § 132.02(B)(1) of this chapter is a misdemeanor offense and, upon conviction, is subject to the general penalty as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
      (2)   The failure to depart from city premises after notice has been given to depart under § 132.02(B)(2) of this chapter is an offense subject to prosecution for criminal trespass under Tex. Penal Code § 30.05.
