§ 115.04  LIMITATIONS ON SALES.
   (A)   Any sale as described in this chapter shall not be conducted for longer three consecutive days, and no more than four such sales at any one location will be permitted within a fiscal (January 1 through December 31) year.
   (B)   Signs advertising a sale regulated by this chapter may be erected or placed on the premises of the sale beginning on the day preceding the beginning of the sale and shall be removed immediately at the end of the sale. No sign may be placed on the city easement between the sidewalk and the curb. No sign shall be in excess of six square feet, and no sign shall be illuminated in any manner whatsoever, except incidentally by streetlights or house lights.
