§ 114.28  ENTERING RESIDENCE WITHOUT INVITATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter in or upon the premises of any private residence in the city for the purpose of engaging in any activity mentioned in § 114.25 of this chapter unless he or she has been invited or requested so to do by the owner or occupant of the premises.
