§ 95.18  OVERNIGHT CAMPING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to camp or remain overnight within a city park without a permit issued by the city.
   (B)   The permit required by division (A) above shall contain the name, address, type of vehicle and expected length of stay by those asking for the permit.
   (C)   Fees for permits shall be as established by the Council.
   (D)   Only recreational vehicles or camping trailers with towed vehicles may be parked overnight in city parks, and then only in designated RV spots. No RV or trailer may be parked in city parks for a period exceeding seven consecutive days or 14 days in any three-month calendar period unless given written permission by the City Administrator.
   (E)   Camping in other types of vehicles or trailers, in tents or in the open is prohibited unless a permit has been issued by the city under authority of divisions (A), (B) or (C) above.
