(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle, motor vehicle or motorcycle (as defined in Tex. Transportation Code § 541.201) upon any portion of the city parks, except those designated as roadways, parking lots or for restricted use.
(B) Restricted use areas shall be those areas defined and approved by the City Council with appropriate signs erected stating their restricted use.
