It shall be unlawful for the owner or manager of any service station, filling station or dispensing station, or the agents, employees and servants of such owner or manager, to sell and dispense or offer to sell and dispense gasoline or any other flammable liquids having a flash point below 200°F in any type of container other than those that are state or federally approved.
