(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Failure of the owner or occupant to cut weeds, grass or brush, or to remove trash or rubbish, when notified to do so by the city under the provisions of §§ 91.15 through 91.18 of this chapter, shall be punished by a fine; and each day that such nuisance shall continue after the time for abatement as set out in §§ 91.15 through 91.18 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
