§ 91.01  GENERAL PROHIBITION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue or cause to be made or continued any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise or any noise which interferes with the normal enjoyment of life or property or disturbs, endangers or interferes with the public peace and comfort.
