§ 75.03  JUMPING ON OR OFF OR CLINGING TO MOVING TRAINS.
   Whoever, not being an employee or passenger of any railroad car or engine or train, shall jump on or off of the train, or shall cling to or hang onto any car or locomotive while the train is in motion, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
