§ 73.01  PROHIBITION FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying it for sale; or
   (B)   Washing, greasing, filling with gas or oil or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
