(A) No U-turn shall be made by the driver of any vehicle at any intersection where electric traffic- control signals or stop signs are in operation.
(B) U-turns are prohibited between intersections, but may be made at intersections where no such traffic-control devices are in operation unless such turn is prohibited as provided in § 72.01 of this chapter.
(C) Turning from a parked position to the left between intersections to travel in the opposite direction is defined as a U-turn within the meaning of this section.
