The following safety equipment is required for operation of golf carts on public highways:
(A) Slow moving vehicle emblem per Tex. Transportation Code § 547.703;
(B) Headlamps;
(C) Tail lamps;
(D) Reflectors;
(E) Parking brake;
(F) Rear-view mirrors; and
(G) One flashing amber light mounted at or near the highest point on the vehicle.
