No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of:
(A) A police officer or Fire Department official given to direct or control traffic as authorized in this traffic code; or
(B) A school crossing guard who is performing crossing guard duties in a school crosswalk to stop and yield to a pedestrian.
