§ 52.37  CONNECTION TO CITY WATER SYSTEM.
   No private water well shall be connected, directly or indirectly to any portion of the city water system. In addition to any other penalty provided by this subchapter or other law, the city shall immediately terminate city water service to any lines connected in violation of this subchapter.
