(A) The city’s water conservation plan and utility survey are approved and adopted as if set forth in full herein.
(B) The city’s drought contingency plan is approved and adopted as if set forth in full herein.
(C) The conservation goals and methods for the accomplishment of said goals is approved as stated in the water conservation plan and utility survey.
(D) The Mayor, or his or her designee, is granted the authority to implement and enforce the drought contingency plan.
(E) The conditions for the implementation of drought stages is approved as set forth in the drought contingency plan.
