§ 51.05  LITTERING STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER CITY LAND.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, leave or deposit any garbage, trash, rubbish, waste or refuse of any description in any street, sidewalk, alley, city park or other land belonging to the city.
