§ 50.10 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) In addition to the violation and penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99, the Town Manager may compel the removal of refuse by the procedures outlined in §§ 93.05 through 93.08, which procedures are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof by this reference.

(B) In addition to any penalty which may be imposed for violations of any provision of this chapter, such person shall be liable for all costs which may be assessed for the removal of refuse.
