§ 154.054  STANDARDS FOR MANUFACTURED HOMES.
   All new and replacement manufactured homes and substantial improved manufactured homes shall:
   (A)   Be elevated so that the bottom of the structural frame or the lowest point of any attached appliance, whichever is lower, is at the Regulatory Flood Elevation; and
   (B)   Be securely anchored to an adequately anchored foundation system to resist floatation, collapse or lateral movement. Upon completion of installation of the manufactured home, certification by a registered professional engineer or surveyor that the elevation requirements of this section have been satisfied shall be provided to the Floodplain Administrator for verification.
