(A) The Chief of Police, with approval by the Town Council, is authorized to change parking signs, color codes, marks, stripes or other parking indicators to regulate the parking of vehicles on the streets and in public parking areas within the town.
(B) The Chief of Police, with approval by the Town Council, is authorized to post signs or other parking indicators on any areas, curbs, walls or other places reasonably designed to provide adequate public notice of restrictions and regulations related to parking of vehicles on the streets and public parking areas located within the town.
