§ 70.99 CIVIL TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Any violation of or failure to do or perform any act required by this title constitutes a civil traffic violation. Civil traffic violations are subject to the provisions of A.R.S. Title 28, Chapter 5, Articles 3 and 4 (A.R.S. §§ 28-1551 et seq., and §§ 28-1591 et seq.).
