§ 72.12 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS; LIABILITY NONCOMPLIANCE.

Failure to comply with any town ordinance or provision of the town code which regulates the time, place or method of parking is a civil infraction, punishable as a civil traffic violation.
