§ 72.10  VEHICLE OVERHAUL; REPAIR.
   (A)   No person shall use any public parking lot, street, highway or alley for the purpose of servicing, overhauling, repairing any motor vehicle, except to make actual emergency repairs necessary to move the vehicle from the parking lot, street, highway or alley.
   (B)   In addition to a traffic citation, a violation of this section may, at the discretion of the Police Department, result in the vehicle being towed away by a towing service employed by the town to a location designated by the Police Department, where it shall be stored until the owner of said vehicle retrieves it. If the owner of the vehicle so requests, in lieu of towing to a town-designated storage facility, the owner of the vehicle may designate a repair facility to which the vehicle may be towed. The owner of the vehicle shall be responsible for all costs of towing and storage.
