§ 72.01  METHOD OF PARKING.
   Except as otherwise posted, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall be so stopped or parked with the passenger side wheels of such vehicle parallel to and within 18 inches of the passenger side curb.
