§ 112.01 REGULATION ON VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   No person shall possess or consume any malt beverage or unfortified wine, as defined by G.S. Chapter 18B, on property owned or occupied or operated by the village, including but not limited to Forsyth Municipal Alcoholic Beverage Control Board properties. This prohibition shall not apply where possession and consumption of fortified wine and spirituous liquors is permitted by state law.

§ 112.02 POSTING OF SIGNS.
   (A)   Weapons on property under the control of Alcoholic Beverage Control Board prohibited. No person shall possess or carry in or on any building under the control of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and its appurtenant premises, whether openly or concealed, any weapon as described G.S. § 14.415.10.
   (B)   Exemptions. This resolution shall not apply to those individuals exempted under G.S. § 14-269(b).
   (C)   Posting of signs required. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Administrator is hereby authorized to post appropriate signage on each building, or portion of building now or hereafter owned, leashed as lessee, or otherwise controlled by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, as well as the appurtenant premises to such building, indicating that concealed handguns are prohibited therein or thereon.
   (D)   Location of signs. The signs shall be viably posted on the exterior of each entrance by which the general public can access the building or appurtenant premise. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Administrator shall exercise discretion determining the necessity and appropriate location for other signs posted on the interior of the building or on appurtenant premise.
   (E)   Violations. Any person who possesses or carries a weapon on property under the control of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall be punished as provided by state law.

§ 112.03 SUNDAY SALES.
   Pursuant to the authority granted by state law, any establishment located in the corporate limits of the village and holding an ABC permit issued pursuant to G.S. § 18B-1001 is permitted to sell beverages allowed by its permit beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
