(A) The city hereby adopts the 2021 edition of the International Building Code. Copies of the code and the amendments thereto, as referenced in this section, are on file in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection. In addition thereto, the city hereby adopts the recommended amendments to the 2021 International Building Code prepared by the North Central Texas Council of Governments, which are attached to Ordinance OR10-2022-75 as "Exhibit A - 150.015(A)". The exhibit is not set out herein, but is on file and available for inspection in the office of the City Secretary. The chief building official, or his authorized representative, is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all provisions of the International Building Code, as adopted herein and as amended.

Copies of the code and the amendments thereto, as referenced in this section, are on file in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection. In addition thereto, the city hereby adopts the recommended amendments to the 2021 International Residential Code prepared by the North Central Texas Council of Governments, which are attached to Ordinance OR10-2022-75 as "Exhibit A - 150.015(B)". The exhibit is not set out herein, but is on file and available for inspection in the office of the City Secretary. The chief building official, or his authorized representative, is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all provisions of International Residential Code, as adopted herein and as amended.
(C) The city hereby adopts the 2021 edition of International Energy Conservation Code. Copies of the code and the amendments thereto, as referenced in this section, are on file in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection. In addition thereto, the city hereby adopts the recommended amendments to the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code prepared by the North Central Texas Council of Governments, which are attached to Ordinance OR10-2022-75 as "Exhibit A - 150.015(C)". The exhibit is not set out herein, but is on file and available for inspection in the office of the City Secretary. The chief building official, or his authorized representative, is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all provisions of the International Energy Conservation Code, as adopted herein and as amended.
(D) The city hereby adopts the 2021 edition of the International Existing Building Code. Copies of the code and the amendments thereto, as referenced in this section, are on file in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection. In addition thereto, the city hereby adopts the recommended amendments to the 2021 International Existing Building Code prepared by the North Central Texas Council of Governments, which are attached to Ordinance OR10-2022-75 as "Exhibit A - Section 150.015(D)". The exhibit is not set out herein, but is on file and available for inspection in the office of the City Secretary. The chief building official, or his authorized representative, is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all provisions of the International Existing Building Code, as adopted herein and as amended.
