§ 150.003 HOLES, DITCHES, AND EXCAVATIONS TO BE PROTECTED DURING CONSTRUCTION WORK.
   Any person having charge of any public or private improvement in this city, who shall leave any hole, ditch or excavation, in or adjoining any public square, street, alley, sidewalk or other public place, without guarding, covering or fencing the same, so as to prevent persons and animals from falling therein, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
