§ 91.066 AUTHORITY TO IMPOUND ANIMALS.
   Animals owned or harbored in violation of this chapter or any other ordinance of the city or law of the state shall be taken into custody by an animal services officer or other designated official and impounded. Stray animals shall be similarly impounded.
